Dave was incredible to deal with right from the start and he made me feel at ease with the whole process. I was selling two properties at the one time and Dave made the whole process easy to understand. It was smooth sailing from the start and I instantly knew that choosing Dave was the right decision. Dave came across as very competent/experienced/professional in the sale process. This included liaising closely with the vendor when buyers were making offers and in closing the sale. Dave also helped out with arranging rubbish removal & cleaning prior to going to market. However, he was not always fully communicative with some other matters; e.g. when asked for copies of ads, signboard & marketing material, whilst he said this would be provided, it was not.
