As first time sellers Tony was very helpful, put our mind at ease and very professional when selling our house. Tony is very good at what he does and always keeps you informed every step of the way. Would gladly recommend him to others when looking for an agent.

Tony was easy to work with. His communication was clear, concise and any questions for the seller were asked and answered promptly. When it comes to buying or selling in the future I would be very pleased to work with Tony again.

Tony and his team were very informative during the purchase of my new home. He went out of his way to answer questions and would always return my calls within an hour or so. Tim, with whom he worked, was also a great asset to Buxton's, and they clearly have a great working relationship and I felt that they never missed a beat of I spoke to one or the other. Tony was also very personable and approachable without the over-zealous vibes that I have received from real estate agents in the past. If I was to sell my new home, I would choose Tony, without even looking elsewhere.

My wife Jo and myself have been involved with several Home sales with Tony Moorfoot and his Team from Buxton's and cannot praise their professionalism and friendly service high enough. Our most recent sale was handled by Tony and Tim Buckley and both were outstanding in the sale of our home achieving several offers from various buyers and obtaining the best possible price we could of hoped for. Can't recommend these guys high enough. Reece Chadwick

We felt the burden and stress of selling a home lifted by Tony's knowledge and experience of the local real estate market. Tony kept us well informed of the process each step of the way and was realistic in his opinions and valuations. We always felt in control of the decision making by Tony's honesty and support. We genuinely felt he wanted what was best for his clients.

Roger was very helpful and willing to discuss broader aspects of the property market. He engaged in conversation which sadly I found lacking in agents at many of my previous house inspections.

Tony was very professional, but approachable and caring at all times, I was kept up to date during every part of the pre and post sale process, which was great. Sold in 1 week, well done Tony.
