We were thrilled to have chosen Ashley as our agent - he was given a very difficult task as the property had three owners with very different ideas. He was able to skillfully address all of our opinions and continuously keep us informed along the way. We were particularly pleased with his suggestions with regard to removing some furniture and rearranging what was left - we all three really liked the new arrangement. We also found him to be very prompt to reply to any calls or emails sent. We would certainly recommend him to either a buyer or a seller. I had found Ashley through a property for sale that I was interested in and found him to be very informative regarding the area we were looking at and kept us up to date with new listings without being at all pushy and so when we had the sale presented he was an obvious candidate to include to choose which agency to act on our behalf.
