I recently helped my parents with the purchase of a retirement house in Highton. I live in Colorado and only had limited time to look at real estate with my parents. I called Tony about the home on Friday and he showed it to us a few hours later then my farther brought it at auction the next day. Not being familiar with the auction process was stressful but I felt that Tony was very trustworthy which made it much easier and my parents also felt comfortable with him. Although my dealings with Tony were not extensive he was very personable and professional through out the whole transaction. Tony has great energy, and has a confidence that reflects his Industry knowledge & commitment. He came well prepared to the first appointment, was very informative, and gave us a realistic starting price range for our property sale. He organised over 16 groups to inspect at our first open, and the property sold within 4 days ( at a good price point for both us and the purchaser) of the first open house. He is also able to give excellent advice on what, if any improvements need to be done, and what can be left as is. Overall it was a quick, hassle free sale that achieved a good price result.
