Tony was extremely well prepared with recent sales' data within the area and he also had an in depth knowledge of the area and potential buyers. He was positive, friendly, easy to talk to and he understood our situation and wishes. Tony showed great empathy and worked hard to accommodate us with the sale given that we were international sellers which brought its own challenges. I appreciated his dedication and hard work in presenting the property to a high standard.

We don't want this review to sound contrived or cliche' however the marketing strategies, expert negotiations with prospective and subsequently the successful buyer, proved Ashley has the clear capabilities and professionalism throughout the sales campaign as we call it, he has solid communication skills and negotiates in a calm, clear and effective manner. Ashley took the time to engage us in different strategies and options to take our property to market, we trusted his advice and went with what we believed to be the best opportunity to obtain the best result, which we did. Of course we are delighted with the results obtained and with the continued communication and commitment in our sale through Buxtons. There was no "rush" or pressure and whilst we were clearly new to the selling position, felt reassured and comfortable that we were in good hands. We would recommend Buxton Real Estate to any associate making enquiry and of course Ashley in particular from this outstanding experience. In hind sight we believe that selling your hard earned asset any other way is a compromise in its potential in the market.
