This is the 2nd time we've used Tony @ Buxton to sell a house for us & we have not been disappointed! The most recent sale happening in a week, you can't ask for more than that!! Proffesional, honest service always a pleasure to deal with.

Tony put the house on the market at the right price, we got what we wanted sold within a week, with a 30 day settlement and got the price we was after. Highly recommended, thanks Tony.

When choosing our agent we actually put ourselves in the buyers shoes and thought who we would we like to deal with if we were buying a house. We had a few agents come to the house. We felt Tony was the agent who understood our needs the most, he was polite, realistic, professional and was not your "typical" pushy agent. Tony knew the market well, this was reflected how quick he sold our house. Everything went smooth from open house to contract signing. Tony will definitely be selling our next house.
