I was impressed with Tony. His knowledge and experience was exceptional. He explained the pricing and process in an easy way. The price he predicted was almost spot on. He was very helpful in the staging. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

After our first conversation with Josh we just knew he was the right person to sell our family home. His professionalism and expertise of the local area was second to none. As first time sellers we appreciated that Josh was always available to provide advice and step us through the process. His communication was fantastic and he always kept us in the loop. We were able to achieve a great result in a short amount of time and it was a very stress free process for our young family.

Josh was a thorough professional and went above and beyond to organise two inspections outside of those already scheduled. He also facilitated a prompt building inspection which enabled a seamless purchase. Josh was open and transparent in my dealings with him and I greatly appreciate his assistance in buying my dream retirement home.

We are thrilled that we chose Tony Moorfoot to sell my 88 year old mother's home. He immediately perceived the importance of gently and thoroughly explaining the sales process to Mum. He did everything possible to take away the stress of selling. Tony is transparent, honest and respectful. He is brilliant at communicating and negotiating. He kept us in the loop the whole way throughout the sale. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Tony sold the home in 6 days and achieved an optimum result.

Brad was thoroughly professional throughout the sales period of my property. He knew the market and it’s trends well and he contributed to obtaining an above pre sale price for my property which resulted in my property being sold prior to auction. A likeable young man in whom as either a buyer or seller of a property would be trustworthy agent.
