We've bough & sold a few properties now. We have always had a good experience through Buxton (as both a buyer & vendor). On this occasion, Tony delivered, and did so in challenging times (from a vendor perspective). He was sympathetic with the specifics of our need to sell, and we still got a price at the top of our range. His communication & tactics shows his market/industry experience, and he is not afraid to make/suggest the best course of action and reacts quickly to situational changes/challenges. Tony, and also Ally were Professional & active throughout our process. We would sell again through this Agency & these Agents.

Tony went out of his way to make sure that a favourable outcome was reached for all parties involved. He was always open and honest with his communication and make sure to call me with any updates from the seller as they came to light. As an interstate buyer, Tony assisted with some Victorian nuances in the buying process and also helped to find a conveyancer (who has been great). Tony's evidently strong relationship with the seller was also a bonus for me, as he was able to facilitate leasing inspections to be held during the settlement period so that hopefully, a tenant will have been found prior to settlement date. Despite some trepidation from me, buying in an unfamiliar environment interstate, Tony has helped to make the process as straightforward as possible. Thanks Tony.

Dylan was a great help in selling our mother's property. Communication & advice was fantastic and made what was a stressful & emotional time and lot easier. We have already used him prior to this sale & also recommended him to friends.
