We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent. From start to finish, Josh was the perfect mix of authentic, professional, and genuinely caring. Josh had a real commitment to getting the best outcome for us. He kept us informed every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Would definitely recommend Josh to anyone!

From our very first inspection of the property, the Buxton Real Estate board immediately stood out — excellent exposure in a fantastic location. Matt Hunt was the first person I contacted, and as a buyer, I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, communication was always prompt and clear, and I felt supported and well-informed at every stage. We’re incredibly grateful the support and would absolutely recommend Matt Hunt service to other buyers.

Matt was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable and honest, making the entire selling process smooth and stress-free. He gave great advice, kept me informed at every step, and genuinely had my best interests at heart. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, my property sold successfully and with great results. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone looking to sell their home.

After a disastrous campaign with another agent that yielded zero offers over the course of months we made the switch to Josh. Josh had our property sold in weeks, with an offer coming the first weekend under his custody. Josh is extremely friendly, professional, easygoing and breaks the stereotype of what you’d expect from a real estate agent. Josh is one of the good guys, my only wish is that we’d engaged him sooner.

Anthony was patient, yet attentive, in working with us through the sale process. He allowed us and our young family to prepare for the sale, and guided us with trusted knowledge and practical advice to allow us to put our house on the market. Anthony achieved an impressive sale price for us with minimal fuss and remained a trusted advisor until settlement, and was happy to assist us in purchasing a new property, even though he wasn’t the agent selling. Thanks Anthony!
