Tony made us feel very comfortable throughout the process of taking our home to auction. Right from his initial visit he communicated very well with us and throughout the whole process kept us well informed with regular phone calls and emails . We particularly appreciated the calls straight after open for inspections. Tony conducted the marketing campaign professionally and was always very honest when providing us with advice.

Do not normally complete online reviews but, due to our experience with Roger Pedretti of Buxton Real Estate, have made an exception. Roger managed the sales campaign for our unit in Belmont in a very proficient manner. Regular progress updates kept us informed as the sales campaign progressed. The whole experience was a good one. Roger achieved for us, an excellent result. If buying or selling property, we would not hesitate to recommend Roger.

Roger is a trustworthy real estate agent. He alway ensured the property was ready for inspection even if the tenants didn’t leave it ready. He treated the inspection as if it was his own rental. He’s a consistent and clear communicator. He achieved our price within a short time span with respect and strategy to all parties. Thanks Rog, retired will be even better because of you!
