Tony was open, honest and clear with his communication and this is what we liked from the start. His personable nature put us at ease and both Tony and his team were always available to assist us at every step of the way. There were speed-bumps during the campaign. A Covid-19 lockdown resulted in delaying the auction and the slow turn around at the banks meant some people were not in a position to bid at auction. It subsequently passed in under our reserve. This is when we saw Tony's best work. The team sprung into action and worked solidly with several parties to help us achieve a brilliant result. Other agents may have stopped short, but we were confident Tony and his team did their very best for us and we were extremely impressed. We have no hesitation in recommending his services to others.
