When you list your home for sale and then 2 weeks later the world effectively gets shutdown due to one of the biggest crisis in history, its fair to say you get a little nervous about what that means for a property sale. While we were stressed about the outcome, Mat stepped up to the challenge and we couldn’t have been in better hands. When the Coronavirus crisis ramped up, it looked unlikely we’d get our 7 open home inspections and auction completed. Mat reviewed the strategy and within days we had the property sold (for an area record) on the back of 2 opens. We are still amazed how easy Mat and Sarah made the process with everything else going on in the world. It really is in times of crisis or stress you realise how important the team around you is. To this extent, we couldn’t recommend Mat, Sarah and the Buxton team any higher in pulling off such an amazing sale.
