Covid added lots of uncertainty to the sale of my property. However, all went very well as George is particularly experienced in his field. I was regularly kept informed as clients were actively followed up. George is genuine, sincere and enthusiastic. His work ethic is second to none. Highly recommended.

My experience with George was brief - only because he manged to find a buyer very quickly and kept us informed of what was happening with the property. Overall a great experience and a great result.

We found Dimitri a real professional to deal with. He has excellent knowledge of the local market and developed a strategy to achieve a successful sale. This was not an easy environment to operate in because of the public health restrictions. Dimitri is very proactive communicator and kept us in the loop the whole time. I would certainly recommend Dimitri as an agent.

Thank you Peter, Dimi & team for coming on board with my vision - you made it happen and in the most professional, quick turn around. We look forward to our next campaign with you & your team.

Dimitri could not have been more helpful both as a resource and a hard working seller of our property. He went well above and beyond and his enthusiasm and confidence were infectious. Thanks Dimmy

Despite everything going on with COVID19, Dimi managed to sell our house and we are so thankful!

We put our house on the market during COVID lockdown which made a very challenging environment for George to sell our home. He worked hard to prepare us and potential buyers for when we were able to open to get the best outcome for us. He provided regular communication and updates throughout the campaign. He is very knowledgeable within the area and is considered a local expert. He provided firm direction and advice and easily takes on constructive feedback - he wants the vendor to be happy. He delivered a great result for us in a very challenging market impacted by the pandemic.

Dimitri was extremely easy to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional, honest and responsive. It was a smooth and stress free process from start to finish. Dimitri removed the fear and anxiety of selling our family home and replaced it with a sense of calm and excitement. We couldn't recommend Dimitri highly enough.

Dimitri was to the point, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Fantastic agent which made all communication between vendor and buyer easier, and everybody got a reasonable outcome. Dimitri was understanding of everybody being busy and worked tirelessly to get a good outcome for everybody. Would recommend him to others, and would use Buxton Oakleigh in future property related business.

George undertook to sell our family home at a time when the real estate market was effectively shutdown due to COVID-19. We agreed to pursue an off-market strategy due to the difficult market conditions. George used his strong network of contacts to identify genuine potential buyers and within 4 weeks we had a sale at a very good price. George was excellent to deal with - he was focused on our needs, responsive and always kept us updated with progress. Thanks George.
