Richard and his team were great to deal with for our property purchase, they were flexible and able to accommodate extra viewings for us to check on some final details. Richard was open and clear for price conversations and we didn't feel pressured to have to make any large adjustments to our offer. Richard and his team were also happy to work with the seller to bring forward the settlement date and happy to be flexible on timing for us to get it through quickly.
