However, I came across Brad’s 5 star advertisement and thought “let’s sse what he has got” That was the best selling decision I have made. I was immediately impressed with his straight forward strategy, despite being sceptical of styling the property. You can tell how passionate he is about selling real estate - he treats it like a piece of art, bit by bit in until it becomes a masterpiece. If I had to list is 3 top points - honesty, communication and commitment. PS He surpassed my net target by $80,000. Brad sold the 1 bedroom apartment for $140,000 more than the last sale of a similar 1 bedroom in the same complex! I truely recommend him as your next real estate agent.
