I bought 2 blocks of land from Greg in the mid-2000s. He is a very savvy, knowledgeable and amiable operator combined with sensitivity and street-smartness. Never pushy but accomodating. Always genuine in conveying the true state of affairs in achieving the sale or purchase. I had 5 property transactions through him with 3 of them in the last 6 months. He is not the normal real-estate agent but one who has the vast business and industry knowledge of successfully managing and marketing large land releases in Perth and elsewhere. We have had dealings with Michael previously when we purchased a home in Churchlands in 2013. We chose him to sell our Churchlands home in 2023 because, in our opinion, he is very a friendly, trustworthy, honest and professional real estate Agent. He has great experience and outstanding knowledge of the market where we wanted to sell and subsequently buy. In what is a very difficult market at the moment, he secured a genuine buyer very quickly and we achieved a very successful outcome. Now you could argue that selling homes in the current marketplace is not that difficult because demand far exceeds supply, but Michael's true professionalism and commitment to his Clients was very quickly on display with his after sale customer service. Finding a suitable downsized home in the current seller dominated market was a real challenge for us as there was simply very few homes for sale! Michael took on the challenge and went to extraordinary lengths to find us a home and managed to secure two "off market" opportunities for us in the area we wanted to buy and in our price range.
