Works for both sides!
It was a pleasure to work with Michael when buying our beautiful new propoerty in Chuchlands Green. We were living in Melbourne at the time which potentially made buying a house in Perth quite challenging but from our first conversation Michael went out of his way to ensure we had his full attention and support. He provided a personal walk-through for us on his phone and was honest about the potential sale price-point which attraced us to fly over for a private inspection at a time which suited us. We were very satisfied with the end to end process and would recommend MIchael without hesitation.

Experience and Hard Work
When it was time to sell our home in Churchlands we immediately thought of Michael as he has great experience in and knowledge of the Churchlands Real Estate Market and we know, from past association, just how hard he works to secure a result. But, as far as we are concerned, the real test for Michael came when we needed to buy a new home in the post Covid marketplace where demand is very high and supply extraordinarily low. Michael excelled in finding us not one but three homes to look at "off market" which resulted in us securing a beautiful downsized home in Churchlands Green. This would not have happened without Michael's excellent post sale customer service and his bulldog approach to reach a successful outcome for us when all looked bleak. We have always found Michael to be a very knowledgeable, reliable, enthusiastic, honest and friendly Agent; qualities which we believe are necessary to secure a high level of trust and satisfaction when buying or selling Real Estate. Sale offmarket
We decided to sell offmarket in about May as it was suggested the market May soften in the following months and there was new stock coming on the market around August which could affect pricing. As Michael had a keen buyer we agreed to sell privately to them. A price was negotiated in 3 days and Michael was diligent and courteous through the process. Oh for the benefit of hindsite as the market only got hotter and the properties that did come on the market achieved record prices.

Team Lucas - Team Awesome
Well if ever there was an Ad for teamwork it’s the professional way Richard and Rachel of team Lucas manage a successful sale from proposal to Settlement Day (today).
