I find him very trustworthy (which is critical in these large transactions), proactive from start to finish (including invaluable help to show the property in its best light), and competent due to his abilities and long industry experience. He negotiated a ‘full asking price cash offer’ which was a wonderful outcome. In the end we had 3 buyers showing strong interest at the same time and one was the successful buyer.
