Invested in the client, not the win
Prior to Richard, we’d had two other local agents through our home for valuation. Both gave me a number during their visit. Richard asked for time to do more research and when he came back to me with his number, he came back with so much information about recent sales for similar houses, approximate m2 value of the area, brick and tile versus stud constructed, etc. I was very impressed and felt he had really put the time in to give me the correct information rather than a number that might win him the sale. It felt he was invested in doing the right thing by the client, and being honest, rather than giving a high number to impress and then not being able to achieve that sale price. He had our buyers’ offer within 3hrs of off market home open and got the price we had wanted. The process from there was also made easy and we were never pressured to make any quick decisions. Rachel as our contact after accepting the offer was also brilliant. They was always honest with us, and great with communication. We’re very happy with our experience using Richard and Rachel as our agents.
