Mark did everything to assist me with my sale. I fully appreciate he and Taleahs dedication - I doubt I would ever take on the role of a real estate agent!. The only and most important area I am disappointed in is the price I obtained. I believed my property was worth xxxx. Mark agreed with me, encouraged me to expect this price at first - then came the "gentle letdown". 83% of the ideal price - is what I obtained. Or 94% of a more realistic price it appears. Ok, I will survive quite well with this outcome, however, my plans to assist my daughter and her husband with a good start, have had to be put on hold until I "pop me clogs".
