Landlord recommendation
Chelsea and Love were both lovely to work with from the first phone call I made as an enquire to rent out my property. They both made the effort to come to my place the next day for an appraisal and came prepared with paperwork to guide me through. I have found the whole process easy, transparent and comforting to know my property is in good hands. They helped me to secure a tenant within a month and were great with communication and suggestions.

'Ok' agency
Good agency at the beginning, easy process to get the house rented, however important details of the tenants were not disclosed properly even when prompted. IMO agencies should reveal these details whether asked by the owners or not. No follow up service after.
