Excellent service

Not your typical agent
We met Adrian at another open house inspection and instantly liked him. Adrian doesn't come across like your ordinary pushy salesman, he is up front and honest. I've met a lot of agents who made me feel like I need to take a shower after speaking to them, and that was not the case with Adrian. He kept us informed, followed up with us when needed, and provided us with updates about changes to schedules. The house was sold quite quickly for a price we were happy with, I definitely recommend him to others.

My wife and family had conflicting reports being given to them; with quite a few viewings and then possibly none to attend the auction. then in the end having the client in your office while ringing me and chasing an agreed price and me in hospital it placed me in an unenviable situation. Where there appeared to be no thinking time available . No doubt the buyer may have felt the same and they had in fact signed a contract with 25000 less than the ultimate decision. also the fact we were quoted we would get 570000 plus ex was it ursala or yvonne at the start of negotiations and then after spending 35000 which you appeared to think was a good job and you started using the person who decorated our house we still got less was a disappointment at the time

Fast and efficient service

Adrian did a brilliant job
Adrian successfully completed first blind auction with prices exceeded our wildest expectations and unfortunately the purchaser since then cooled off unexpectedly. He then tried his hardest to gather more interested parties for second blind auction. The second time a different purchaser put in a successful bid which still exceeded our expectations so we were pleased with Adrian's efforts. We would recommend anyone in Noble Park North to use Adrian!
