From the moment we met Maddie she was so professional and friendly. Throughout the sale of our home she went above and beyond but most importantly she kept us informed. She was in constant contact and kept us up to date with the process. We have bought and sold many times and know selling a home can be very stressful but with having Maddie and her Team working for us they took care of everything. We became aware of Maddie Dolan Century 21 when purchasing in Redcliffe Our house in Hamilton needed to be Sold we tried selling for over 18 months we demolished the house as we believed it's best use was the land after using 6 different local agents with put any success we contacted Maddie and she put us at ease by her friendly and positive manner . She understood that this land would produce a unique home and was enthusiastic to be asked to sell this large block of land in the premium location of Hamilton Hill Maddie and her professional team were always responsive to our calls and emails We are so appreciative of her experience and can't thank her enough for selling the land for us We have no hesitation in recommending Maddie we only wish we found her earlier we would of saved so much money in marketing Maddie is one in a million Gaye and Bill Hutchinson

Maddie was absolutely fabulous she rented the home for me in the beginning and found fabulous tenants then when I was ready to sell she suggested Express Sale to take my home to the market without price. I agreed and within a week my prayers were answered a couple from Woody Point out bid everyone and they are now the proud owners.
