I didn’t enjoy this experience at all, to start with I was disregarded for a couple with a kid. I was in the middle of Chemotherapy and no consideration whatsoever on my circumstances - as I’m from interstate thinking of relocating closer to my family member. I was told no filming (as the tenant was still living there) to show my husband who was unable to get time off work! So we got permission off the tenant later in the day of viewing so I could and the tenant said he was completely fine for me to send it my husband. The communication was dismal and just a complete awful experience, especially when they said they weren’t told who the new Real Estate Agents would be to take over the tenure, the receptionist also told my real estate when collecting all the documentation and keys for my property they had lost the keys - then proceeded to all of a sudden find them! I feel this agency is dodgy and would stay well clear of them. I was hounded and hounded to give this review and I have been deleting the request for months but now you have it and I bet you wished you hadn’t hounded me to give it - brutally honest but people need to know! More than likely because it’s not favourable it won’t be published!
