I recently worked with Aimee from Century 21 On Duporth – Maroochydore to lease out my property, and the entire experience was outstanding. Aimee was professional, proactive, and incredibly efficient throughout the process. From the initial consultation to securing quality tenants, Aimee kept me well-informed at every step. She provided valuable advice on rental pricing and presented the property exceptionally well, which led to strong interest and a quick turnaround. Her communication was clear and timely, and she handled all aspects of the leasing process with great attention to detail. I felt confident knowing my property was in capable hands. I highly recommend Aimee and the team at Century 21 On Duporth for anyone looking to rent out their property with minimal stress and great results.

Finding a home for my little family felt daunting, but thanks to century 21, the journey was nothing short of incredible. From the first interaction, their warmth, professionalism, and genuine dedication stood out. They went above and beyond to understand our needs—not just in terms of location and budget, but in ensuring my two small children would feel safe and happy in our new space. What truly sets Century 21 apart is their patience and commitment. They made the process smooth, never rushing decisions, always providing insightful advice, and ensuring every step felt right. Their expertise and attention to detail gave me confidence, and their kindness made an otherwise stressful experience feel exciting and hopeful. I can’t recommend them highly enough to anyone seeking an agent who genuinely cares about their clients and works tirelessly to find not just a house, but a home

Courtesy, helpful professionals I have dealt with real estate agents from Sydney to Canberra to the Gold Coast to Noosa and now Maroochydore. I can say in all honesty that both the agent (Rachel) and the property manager (Brianna) have been more helpful, knowledgeable and flexible than most I have encountered anywhere else. It speaks to a high standard that Centery21 obviously practise.

Met with rental Property Agent - Liz Calder at 13 Skua Place who showed us all around, Liz explained the current situation with the property and that tenancy occupation was in 2-3weeks time. Liz patiently assisted with the application as it’s all done on-line now. My query emails to Liz were answered promptly and informatively and the whole experience was trouble free and quick. We were extremely grateful to get chosen for the rental as the house was everything we were looking for. Thanks to Liz & the Century 21 on D team Regards Moira Murray

My property was re-rented within two days of being vacant. The service was very professional, and I was informed at each step of the way. This was unlike my previous agent, who managed my properties. I strongly recommend Century @1 for property rentals

There were basically 0 wait times on any info we requested to assist with the process. Felt like we were truly valued and that the staff cared about our experience and made sure it was easy for us.
