Communication with Century 21 Maroochydore is excellent. They have always kept me up-to-date on my unit inspections, tenancy & assisted with any maintenance issues. Couldn't fault them. The girls are lovely to deal with & professional.
Century 21 On Duporth - Maroochydore
Having recently purchased a property but not ready to move in, we engaged the team at Century 21 on Duporth to be our letting agents. They have made everything so easy ! With the utmost professionalism, they have handled all aspects of rent management: screening tenants, defining regulations for us, recommending great insurance and tradespeople, all with timely and friendly communication. If one rent manager is away or on other business, there is always another who knows our property and is ready to step in. We can't recommend them highly enough.

I have to say that from the moment I was in contact with Century 21 Duporth, my experience has been nothing but pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to manage their property. They make you feel valued and this is hard to find when you are renting.

Could not have been happier with the help Aimee from C21 gave me. As an interstate renter unable to do an in person inspection - Aimee did a terrific job giving me a virtual tour via FaceTime on very little notice. She was also fast and efficient with the paperwork, I had a signed tenancy agreement in less than 48 hours from doing the tour.

We were seeking a new property manager when I was about 3-days short of having our third child, so the fact that Ane from Century21 on Duporth made a point of reaching out, and also following up on email made it an easy choice for me. Having someone who was organised, professional and understanding of our other personal demands was so refreshing. We are first time landlords and Ane went through everything in such detail, providing advice in a very non-pushy way. We had a page full of questions and didn’t need to ask any of them because she was so thorough. We have been renters ourselves and have had lots of not-so-great experiences with property managers. Now we are on the other side as owners of a previously rented property, which was poorly managed for 5yrs and left in a very bad state. We are very pleased with the experience so far, and I have faith that our new property management team is a good fit for us.
