So far Century 21 has been the best agency I've dealt with. The application was easy and very straight forward to submit. The agents were very communicative with what stage the process was at and when their decision was made there wasn't any lollygagging. Just straight in, sign the documents, and get the keys. We were moved in with in 9 days of our application.

The company has excellent and friendly customer service. The rental procedure was smooth, and Liz handled our case on time (no long and stressful waiting time). Their mobile app makes it easy to follow up on payments and direct communication with our property manager. Special thanks to Stacey to deal with my special requests :-). I would have no hesitation in recommending Century 21 On Duporth to anyone. Thank you!

We purchased our property through a wonderful experience with Penny at Century 21 on Duporth. Leigh, Liz & Sherrill in the rental division have been looking after our property since for the past 6 months or so while we rented it out. I cannot recommend this agency enough. They have respectfully taken on our property & have gone above & beyond to help us maintain it & ensure that it is being well looked after. I don't think that we would be renting our house out if not for the efficient staff at Century 21 as we bought it with the intention to use it. Our experience here has been well above what we expected & we are so thankful to the staff of Century 21 on Duporth for all that they do for us.

Sherill, Liz, and the rest of the C21 team couldn’t have been more helpful with our housing search. In such a competitive market, as a young group we were struggling to find a rental before the years end. Liz and Sherill personalised the applicants and went to the extra effort of getting to know us and our situation to ensure that we would be a good fit for the owner.

I own a number of properties managed by Century 21 on Duporth. They commenced management c. 2015 after they took over the properties from a retiring agency. I have had consistent tenancy over this time and communication about the properties has always been swift on the agencies behalf and allowed for prompt action on mine. Easy to follow itemised accounts are provided monthly with any invoices associated with repairs or inspections attached. They have recently re tenanted both properties with recommended tenants after both existing tenants broke their leases.
