We experienced an unexpected situation where our long term tenant suddenly had to leave and we had apprehensions this would be a very trying time (Covid-19) to find another suitable tenant. But to Century 21's credit and professionalism we were advised almost immediately we had suitable candidates to fill the void. This eased our worries immediately because during the whole process we were informed of the procedures (concerning the exiting tenant) and the applicants available with all their relevant history checks to choose from. The entire process was seamless and professionally organised and we were continually updated. The experience was stress free knowing our property and us was being looked after. Excellent!
