Dealing with Sam and Sonia has been pleasant. They are both very professional and friendly. C21 seems to have good systems in place. Our property upon moving in, in general was in good order. The only things that stood out which i believe could have been done better were that the bins were dirty and smelly, the grass has two weeks growth and is messy. Our belongings will not arrive for another two weeks because we have moved from Mackay. Now we will have to pay to get the lawn done to keep the property tidy. Rubbish was dumped in the bushes at the front of the property e.g. a kitchen rubbish bin full of junk. We have since disposed of it.

Liz was helpful and made the whole process easy. She was informative about the local area as we are relocating from Melbourne and she made it easy to understand the location and its surrounding attributes. She made regular contact and updated us along the way as time was an issue. Trust was established very quickly making the choice to go with this property ideal. Thanks Liz.

We have used Century 21 on Duporth for a number of years now and are very happy with the property managment side of the business. They conduct regular inspections and follow through and communicate with both the tenants and owners very professionally. I often attend inspections with the agents , which is never a problem and they always arrange a mutual time frame for this. Repairs and maintainence are followed through promptly. Would reccommend their services.
