Mel was amazing, she met with us several times as we were exploring our options with regards to selling or staying and she couldn’t have been more supportive. We had under valued our property which made us a realistic seller and Mel was reassuring that her valuation was realistic and very achievable. We were thrilled with the sale price we achieved and because Mel had worked so hard prior to listing the property, we sold within an hour of listing!
