When my Husband and I met Melissa at an open home, it was a genuine welcome and made us feel relaxed looking at the property. Upon leaving the open home, we told Melissa we were very interested but she didn't enter a heavy sales pitch just let us know she was there if we had any questions. Well with that we ended up putting an offer on the home that afternoon and couldn't be more happy with the correspondence between Melissa, the sellers and us. We liked Damien's low-key selling style. He's was not 'in our face', and so we imagine nor was he in our potential buyer's faces either. This is what I want in a Real Estate agent - quietly, quietly, knowledge, assisting, but not doing a hard sell. I think our buyer's appreciate this as well.
