I had the task of selling my elderly mother's house which was 44 years old and near to the new Maroochydore CBD. Selling by Auction through Damien and his Team at Century 21 was a thoroughly interesting exercise. Both Damien and his leading salesman Brock's knowledge of the area and market conditions was superb. The in house office Staff were bright, helpful and very courteous as well. Damien obviously has a major data base of potential purchasers and his advertising strategies worked brilliantly.The manner in which they conducted inspections and communicated with us was very professional and punctual on every occasion. We achieved a very satisfying result at the Auction thanks to the experienced negotiating skills of Damien's Team and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of either buying or selling !
