Coming off the covid realestate cliff, feedback from the market was not where I needed the price to be. Damien, Lauren and team kept me up to date on the inspections and feedback and constantly worked with potential buyers. The $ just wasn't coming to where I needed it to be. After deciding to go to Auction, a risky move in a climate of downturn, it was the best decision for me make and it turned out better than I expected. Damien chose a midweek auction date which allowed time for him and the team to work the bidders. I was very satisfied with the efforts Damien and the team went through, following up all enquiries and inspections, having real conversations about the offers from potential buyers and really working hard with the bidders. I thoroughly recommend Damien and his team to work hard to sell and get the best price they can in the market they are selling in.
