Mel was great to deal with. The seller at times was extremely unreasonable & stubborn to the point that I questioned if she actually wanted a sale. Mel acted as a buffer to assist on a smoothe sale, she was more than happy to do multiple viewings and answered all questions as needed. Mel is very thorough and without her strong negotiation skills the sale would not have been finalised. She really did her job well in a difficult situation.
