Selling my cottage at Lauderdale was an emotional sale my house had been my mum’s home for 18 year she sadly passed away in 2018 . That is when I brought the house off my sisters. Over 3 years I put a lot of work into my cottage restoring it to how it had been before my mum got to frail and sick to look after it, something I had promised to do for her . At the time I had no intentions of selling it but then I met my now partner and we Decided we want to live together so I decided to sell. The selling price was amazing. George made sure that I understood all details of the contract and has kept in contact with me after the contract went unconditional.
