Bryce has a clear and courteous approach with a underlying trustworthy nature. He was patient and responsive and took time to deal with our concerns on our terms. I’m sure he was taking good care of his primary clients (the vendors) but also took good care of our needs and concerns. He’s relatively new to real estate but is streets ahead of plenty of agents I’ve dealt with. Highly recommended.

We were very impressed with George's attitude towards selling our home.. He was very confident with his appraisal but due to the popular locale of the property he conferred with other agents who also agreed with his price. This gave us confidence that our property would sell easily and was not overpriced. The property was listed on the Internet on Wednesday and the first Open Home was held the following day. Another was held on the Saturday and by Tuesday afternoon George had 4 offers for us to consider. He appeared to work non stop from the Thursday Open Home until Monday evening liaising with would be purchasers and assisting them with their offers. At all times he kept us in the loop. At our initial meeting with George to assess if we would list our property with him, we were most impressed by his pleasant manner, personality, Real Estate knowledge of the area and professionalism. Upon visiting our property George displayed a genuine liking for what he saw, hence we believed that if the selling Agent felt this way, then this would surely come across to perspective purchasers. We were correct in our analysis of George, he is reliable and professional, in fact he surpassed our expectations. Having sold this property we have another to sell and will again commission George. Bryce had a good knowledge of the house in question and whilst being extremely busy, as is the current Hobart market, no question was too much and I always received a prompt answer. I have dealt with a few real estate agents, but I have never met such a devoted agent, like Bryce. From the first moment he takes your interests to his heart, treating your sale as his own. No matter what problem arises, Bryce goes out of his way to solve it. No matter how early or late in the day it is, he is always available, including weekends. His dedication, readiness to help and expertise are astonishing. I mean everything I write, because my sale has been a difficult one, me being in Sydney and my property being in Hobart, and there were some problems there.
