Kim is an excellent agent. We are aged in our mid seventies and have been hoping to downsize for about 18 months, meeting many agents and viewing many properties. Selling our family home of 26 years, with all its associated happy memories, was not an easy decision to arrive at. Kim empathized with us during our decision making and discussed with us our rationale, never pressuring us to sell in any way. Kim has totally lived up to our expectations and was always respectful of us and our home. He was knowledgeable, ethical, available and patient. He has eased the whole process for us in every way possible, leading us through some complex issues we were unaware of and leaving us reassured and confident. As part of our selling package, Kim introduced us to one of their listed property stylists. This was really helpful, with often simple ideas being shown to us as the best way to present our home for sale. Kim sought our approval right through the marketing process and we were delighted with the end result, as were family and friends. We were also very happy with the other agents from Charlotte Peterswald for Property who brought interested purchasers to view our home. It sold before the planned open day for a price with which we were extremely happy. It was well presented, our needs were clearly represented and Kim used his excellent negotiating skills to finalise the sale.
