Our house was a difficult sale, however leigh kept us positive. Communication was very important with feedback from viewings imperative. Leigh kept us up to date and informed with every client that came through. Regular phones calls to keep us in the know for negotiations; which is a long process and was much appreciated also. Leigh also was very particular on the clients that he showed and only those that were genuine to by our property were allowed through as it can be very stressful getting the house ready for a viewing and this was much appreciated. I would highly recommend Leigh.
