We didnt even go on the market and despite the covid situation we could sell the house at a reasonable price. Wasnt as high as expected, but given the situation it was a good outcome for us. Damon was honest in giving us feedback on the buyer and he vetted the right buyer to come inspect our house. Overall, we would recommend Damon to anyone wanting to sell / buy a house.

We decided to sell our home to further assist the growth of our children. Jim's work colleague recommended Damon who sold their property and spoke very highly of Damon's service. I happened to call on a Saturday and Damon was busy due to open inspections, yet he still took the time to listen and made our first appointment over the the phone and met in person. Damon came very prepared and listened to our story on how we got to buy our home and what made this experience special was he showed interest. Without any hesitation, Damon showed examples of the market-place, prices of homes sold to determine the right cost for our home. Due to the simplicity of how Damon explained everything, we signed that night. Damon assessed everything within the home, organised the photographer and started first open home the next weekend. There was never a time I ever had to call Damon for updates and on a daily basis without fail, Damon always provided client updates. With COVID-19, we really thought it will take a miracle to sell our home and doubted if there would be a sale, but Damon kept our spirits high and not to worry and to leave everything up to him. With our home on the market for 2 months, the big day came which happened to fall on my husband's birthday and a lucky break-through. Damon kindly bought a small gift to celebrate Jim's birthday which gave that special touch during trying times of COVID-19. We received an offer and we happily accepted.
