Ace Real Estate have been fantastic during the sale of my property. They clearly understood what I wanted and didn't come back trying to low ball with unsuitable offers. It took a little while longer as it was a tough market at the time, but they patient and held out until an offer arrived that was in the right ball park. I am using them again on another 2 properties and am experiencing the same thing. I recommend that you give them a try.
