Prince was very reliable. I was reluctant to appoint Prince as our agent as he did not have a local office. After he listened to my concerns he assured me that not having a local office was not a problem. We agreed on a contract for him to sell our house and I must say I was still a bit concerned about my decision. Anyway Prince put the house on the market Friday morning and had it sold no Tuesday for an outstanding price. Would I recommend Prince and Ace realestate yes without hesitation. They were as good as their word every time. They are honest hard working and a great group of guys who look after and work for the seller. In my opinion you could not make a better descion that to appoint them add your agent to sell your property.
