Damon came to us with a proposal and let us know how much he thought our house was worth - like any other agent, he wanted to sell our home. The point of difference between Damon and the other agents is that he wasn't there to over quote or under quote your home - he was honest and transparent from the first time we met him. There were clear expectations from the beginning and he provided his guidance about what we needed and didn't need in order to sell our home. He was always available and responsive to our calls and messages and provided timely updates post inspections. Damon is clearly passionate about what he does and that shows in the result of our sold home. We are so glad we chose Damon to sell our first family home.
