After purchasing our first home from Lloyd, It was inevitable that he would be the one to sell It. Not only is he professional but he is very honest, smart and quick to get stuff done in a short amount of time, but still with a calm and kind nature. Lloyd recently sold us a property in Hastings that we purchased as an investment property. We had a great experience as Lloyd was approachable and honest through the whole process. He listed the property on a Monday and we inspected on the Tuesday and despite a number of interested parties, Lloyd was able to wrap up the process very quickly and we signed contracts on the Thursday night (4 day turn around). From start to finish Lloyd was easy to talk too, he was honest about the number of other interested parties and was a good source of information regarding discussions about future potential of the property (from an investment perspective). Lloyd was an absolute delight from the start! Nothing was too much trouble, on the day I viewed one house that I was not keen on but when I viewed it decided it was a no, he suggested I look at another one that he thought would suit me. They had just gone on the market and the pictures were not yet on realestate.com. He then spent the whole whole afternoon showing me through the 4 town houses to see the set up and let me have a good look through. Needless to Say I am now the proud owner of one of them thanks to his amazing support and patience. I did have the displeasure of dealing with another real estate agent previously to Lloyd when looking at another property and I can honestly say Lloyd restored my faith in the whole process. Lloyd is an exceptional agent. He is diligent, dedicated, passionate, but most of all, he is experienced which makes you feel like your in safe hands. Lloyd worked night and day (literally!!) to get the best result for my fiancé and I. We were even away for the weekend and after our first open home, where Lloyd was at our property conducting public and private inspections, he then drove to us an hour and a half away, at 8:30pm to speak to us in regards to interest/offers etc..
