Vera had extensive knowledge of the area and demographic in which I was selling my property. I had met with several agents prior to Vera and felt comfortable with a sense that I wasnt being "sold to". Vera was very upfront about the process and managed to get me the amount I was comfortable with. I encountered some issues with the prospective buyer looking to negotiate far below what I was happy with. Vera was able to negotiate on my behalf to achieve a favourable outcome for me as the seller.
