Totally professional and very friendly in all aspects of selling our home.
On David's first visit he had available all selling information on the area and that made it extremely easy to obtain our selling price. David kept us informed with all persons visiting the home opens and amazingly we received an offer within 7 days.

Likable, Honest, Reliable and Delivered the Sale
Ray was very thorough in explaining the process and pricing, what his research demonstrated in terms of the price and what he recommended in relation to the marketing. He kept me updated and committed to doing his best job, which he did. The unit sold at a very good price and both seller and buyer were happy

PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE
David appraised our property in Mount Pleasant and achieved close to that price at first home open. Stress free process and made simple by Davids's knowledge of the area and the market. Have just had him appraise another property of ours and would recommend him to anyone looking for a genuinely nice guy whose is reliable and honest as well. Rare qualities in that industry.

Review of Gordon Booth
Having never sold a property before the prospect was daunting especially as I was doing it on behalf of my Mum. As I’m always thorough I saw at least six different real estate agents and Gordon was just a cut above the rest not only in regards to his real estate knowledge of the area and property types but he also put us at ease with his manner and understanding of the situation. His tireless efforts to sell the property in a declining real estate market have to be commended and at no time did I ever consider going elsewhere. Always approachable and ready to go that ‘extra mile’, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Great agent!
Even though Gordon was the real estate agent for the seller, I felt well taken care by him on reaching a fair agreement with both parts. His experience is invaluable. Thank you Gordon for all your help and patience. If I ever need a real estate agent, Gordon would be my person to look for!
