Although it took a year to sell the property this was partly due to Covid but also due to us wanting a definite price for the property

Professional and supportive
We approached ray seeking to buy rear strata to build. We were first homeowners and this was our first build for our young family. Ray made us feel extremely comfortable and was very patient. He conducted himself with honesty and integrity throughout the offer and acceptance process, which can be very overwhelming for the first time. I would highly recommend Ray to other families who want a professional yet thoughtful agent.

Committed and Efficient
Pauline was totally efficient, keeping her finger on the pulse throughout the sale/purchase process. She was extremely knowledgeable of all that's required through out and operated with professionalism and efficiency. Pauline showed personal investment and total engagement over and above the call of duty, often doing more than was officially required to ensure a smooth running journey. I found her to be professional, hard working, and extremely friendly. Paulines compassion and humour married beautifully with her professionalism. I have complete faith in her as an agent and I can honestly say she gives 110% to her job.

Fantastic supportive agent

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE AREA
