I am extremely pleased with the service from Shane Garrett. He is a smart guy and brings that into the process. He is excellent at communicating in a way that helps me understand the situation & process. He makes it an easier, low stress process. I decided to trust him completely regarding sales process. So I staged my unit, did all they told me and it worked. I did the Openn online sale that worked too. I did everything he suggested, after all he is the expert. Sure its a strong market but I got a result so good it's beyond belief. 20% beyond my highest expectation. I genuinely believe engaging Shane has got me an exceptional result that I would not have got with other agents. Next time I'm in the market, I'll definitely be seeing Shane.

We would recommend Shane as an agent. The property sale was slow due to the market for apartments and current interest rates however when we communicated to Shane we wanted to move quicker, he engaged with this and very quickly had a strategy so we were able to consider offers and sold quickly. Shane Garrett was highly recommended by a friend and I am extremely happy with his performance. Shane responded promptly to my initial inquiry and was available to meet to discuss the sale of my apartment within one day. He clearly explained his selling process and the tools he had available to market the property. His communication throughout the sales process was clear and timely. The property was listed on a Friday with first home open a day later on the Saturday. The eventual buyer attended the first home open and an offer was received that weekend. Shane understood my expectations as owner and was able to negotiate a price with the buyer that we were both happy to proceed with. The sales process was uncomplicated and was facilitated by Shane's Sales Administrator, Megan Topham. Megan and Shane clearly communicated the steps involved in the buyer completing their due diligence and the requirements for settlement to proceed providing options for me to engage relevant contractors or for them to organise for me. This part of the process was seamless with full feedback at each stage. I am very happy with the sale price and I hope that the new owners enjoy their new home by the beach. I strongly recommend Shane and his team to all sellers and buyers in the North Coogee area and as a volunteer surf lifesaver, I would also like to acknowledge their sponsorship of Coogee Beach Surf Lifesaving Club, thanks for putting back into our community.
