While she always acted for the vendor, we found Erynne to be available when we needed to speak with her, responsive to emails and texts and she was able to provide all sorts of useful tips. After the sale went through, we also received a reminder of bin day, as she knew the bins were full! I would recommend her to anyone looking to place their home on the market.
