We sold in a difficult market and frankly were unhappy with the price received. However Bev got plenty of people through at inspection time and was assiduous in following them up. She was easy to communicate with, always responded promptly to our questions and was always on time for appointments. She was able to negotiate a significant increase over the initial offers. Had we been able to achieve the price we wanted, we would have been happy in all respects with Bev's service. Whether we would have achieved better with another agent or by hanging out for higher offers, we will never know, but we do think Bev is head and shoulders above other agents with whom we have dealt.

My experience with Bev and Grant has been nothing but professional. All I asked for is regular communication /email updates which suited me being on the east coast, and Bev, provided short to point the updates if she called after viewings which suited me. However always took time to flesh out areas we needed to discuss in detail . Bev marketed my property at an appropriate realistic market rate, and over the short period had 3 contracts , one successfully buying the property. Although we were disappointed with the final sale price we achieved for our property in Cottesloe, we realise that we were selling in a very difficult market and basically had to chase the market down over 6 months. However, Bev worked very hard to try and sell the property and opened the house twice a week and kept us well informed of interested parties. We would have no problem in recommend Bev to future sellers.
