Phong successfully ‘engineered’ the sale of our R160 property, directly adjacent a proposed mega shopping centre. The first offer fell through because the developer couldn’t raise the finance, but Phong was then able to produce a new offer by 'connecting the dots’ with his wide network of contacts. Then COVID hit, putting the new buyer’s finance in jeopardy. He went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through, successfully helping the buyer get finance approval from an overseas lender. Phong was in constant communication with us, advising us so that the deal would not fall through again.
