I started my professional working life managing pharmacies in the Western Suburbs. This role had me consulting with patients to achieve clinical-based healthcare solutions that were tailored individually to each patient’s needs. I believe that these attributes of my pharmaceutical career have given me a keen eye for detail and a penchant for problem solving. This reflects highly upon my abilities as an attentive and determined real estate consultant. As Boubar’s current owner, I feel that the long hours and hard work I have invested into the cafe over the last four years has given me many rewarding opportunities. I love meeting new people and being around people and many of my friends have said my affable nature make me the classic people person! As a consequence I forged long-lasting and personal relationships with clientele and customers alike. As a small business owner, I have learned that the combination of passion and hard work is imperative to give customers an enjoyable experience when visiting my café. As my staff all often hear, my oft-noted phrase “Retail is detail!” I would say this encapsulates my desire for providing high-quality service for the customer’s satisfaction. Managing a small business has also taught me to manage time efficiently and smoothly to over-see a business with 17 staff members. These skills I have accumulated in both the hospitality and pharmacy industries allowed me to develop into a strong negotiator by dealing with suppliers on a daily basis. I have a strong passion for architecture and building design. In combination with my eye for aesthetics and style, I am able to deliver a well-rounded customer service experience through my own experience in purchasing, renovating and selling properties. When I’m not working with clients, keeping fit, or socialising with customers and friends over a glass of wine, I love to spend time with my wife and baby daughter.

Managed major issues well

Dino kept this interstate vendor informed every step of the way. Liaised with the previous property manager to get the property up to scratch for sale, was open to requests for open for inspection requests from this vendor. Managed an identified issue prior to settlement. Was patient with settlement issues. Kept the new owner happy with negotiation on move in issues. A true master of partnership. I’m very grateful.

Above and beyond just selling.

Dino made the sale happen, from providing good advice on renovating and marketing for sale to a number of mundane repairs and actions to get the settlement ready. I don't live in Perth, so it was essential that Dino was on the spot to attend to questions from the purchaser and inspections.

An Exceptional Team with Clear Communication, Genuine Kindness & Consistently Strong Results for Us

I couldn’t have asked for more from Martine and David when selling my parents’ house. They genuinely went above and beyond, and always had my parents’ best interests at heart.
